Initial Consultation
Each design process begins with a consultation during which we familiarize ourselves with our client’s vision, purpose, and expectations for the intended space. During the meeting, we share our ideas and recommendations, as well as discuss budgets and expected timelines for the project. Thereafter, a brief is sent alongside our design packages for you to select a package that best meets your needs.
Concept Design
At this stage, we create a personalized concept scheme based on the initial consultation. To help you visualize your new space, the design concept is developed as part of your mood board, where color palettes, materials, graphic illustrations, and if included in purchased package, a breakdown of costs for the proposed design will be presented to you for review and approval.
Design Development
With the design signed off, the approved schematic design is further developed into 3D visuals. These photorealistic images accentuate the details of the finished space, reflecting refined fabric selections, key material finishes, decor, and lighting. This step provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the design, allowing you see how all design elements blend together to reveal your vision for the space.
Execution
We love taking your vision from concept to reality, and our team is delighted to manage this process from start to finish! This stage includes a substantial number of tasks and communication; thus, our clients are always more than thrilled to allow us to complete this process on their behalf. Our team works closely with merchants to procure all items that have been carefully sourced for your project. Additionally, regular site visits are made to achieve successful design implementation, while simultaneously supervising delivery and installation. These site visits also enable us to address any challenges or defects that occur during the process and suggest remedies. Ultimately, we make sure that you are satisfied with the finished space.
Unveiling
This is the most exciting phase of the project—the handover! Now that we have collectively worked towards bringing your dream space to you with fine detailing, styling, and finishes, it is time to re-introduce you to your project. When we usher you into your new space, we aim to invigorate a sense of pride for a space that you love. Our goal is to exceed your expectations as we conclude this successful partnership with you.
